Congruent puts a number on something most organisations only sense: the gap between what leaders intend and what their people prioritise, so effort can go where it creates the most value.

I came to this the long way round. My first degree paired mathematics with sociology: one taught me to trust what the numbers say, the other that organisations are made of people, and people don't behave like spreadsheets.
Since then I have guided company strategy from the board as a non-executive director, advised a growing creative business, and built a football club in Zambia from nothing. Each taught the same lesson: progress stalls when people quietly disagree on what matters most.
Already applied. The underlying method has been applied in credit-risk consulting, and with a UK property-services group, our founding partner.
